San Francisco chef says restaurant industry will continue to struggle post pandemic

San Francisco Chef David Nayfeld says though the state is ‘reopening’ June 15, the restaurant industry is not out of the woods yet when it comes to economic recovery. He says there will be a continued fight to stay in business and that the pandemic brought many issues to light, some concerning labor and cost of operation.
